You don’t need prior social care experience; we value the right attitude and willingness to learn. This role involves night, weekend and bank holiday shifts with enhanced pay per policy.

• Ability to work night shifts and respond to residents’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Support residents at night, helping with activities including personal care and safety.
• Provide person-centred care by tailoring care planning to individual residents.
• Promote independence by encouraging residents in self-care and choices.
• Build supportive relationships with residents, their families and colleagues.
