Avery Healthcare is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Care Assistant for Nights at Beaconsfield Heights Care Home in Beaconsfield. You will play a vital role delivering high standards of personal care and supporting the care team to ensure residents receive continuous, compassionate service.

Experience isn’t required as we provide a thorough induction and training. You should be able to communicate clearly, show initiative, be respectful, and adapt to a range of duties with flexibility and empathy

Qualificações

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrates initiative and respect toward residents and colleagues.
• Flexible and capable of covering a range of responsibilities on short notice.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high standards of personal care and contribute to the care team to ensure continuity of services for residents.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene, promoting independence, dignity and respect.
• Adopt safe working practices and escalate identified risks in a timely manner.
