Job summary

Avery Healthcare Group operates Beaconsfield Heights Care Home in Beaconsfield. The Care Assistant role focuses on personal hygiene care, supporting residents’ independence and dignity, and spotting clinical risks for timely escalation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene care, supporting their independence, dignity and respect.
• Recognise clinical risks such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls and signs of infection, and escalate them in a timely manner.
• Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting each resident's dignity and individuality.
• Practise safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
• Deliver high standards of personal care as part of the care team, ensuring continuity of services to residents.
