Job summary

Renaissance Care Limited is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join Riverside Care Home for 44 hours per week, nights, to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

You will support residents with personal care, meals, activities and daily living, guided by individual care plans, ensuring comfort, dignity and independence. Full training is provided and SVQ2 experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• SVQ2 and previous experience in care sector is beneficial but not essential
• Effective communication and teamwork are important in a multi-disciplinary setting
• Commitment to compassionate, person-centred care

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care according to individual care plans
• Assist residents with personal care, meals, activities and outings as needed
• Support residents to maintain independence, dignity and comfort
