Renaissance Care Limited is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join Riverside Care Home for 44 hours per week, nights, to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

You will support residents with personal care, meals, activities and daily living, guided by individual care plans, ensuring comfort, dignity and independence. Full training is provided and SVQ2 experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• SVQ2 and previous experience in care sector is beneficial but not essential
• Effective communication and teamwork are important in a multi-disciplinary setting
• Commitment to compassionate, person-centred care

We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team in Riverside Care Home for 44 hours - Nights

Your main role as a Care Assistant within one of our Homes is to ensure the highest quality, person-centred, care is given to our residents in accordance with their Care Plans. You will assist our residents in all aspects of their care needs whilst maintaining their comfort and dignity and will assure your residents retain their right of choice and remain as independent as possible. No two days will be the same, whether you are assisting with personal care, helping at meal times, getting involved in resident activities and outings or just being a friendly face and a listening pair of ears over a cup of tea, your role will enhance the lives of the residents who live in our Home.

To be successful in this role you will be dedicated to providing the best care and support to the residents in your care. You will be an effective communicator and work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Having your SVQ2 and previous experience in the care sector is beneficial but not essential as full training is provided.
