Job summary

Prime Life are looking for passionate care professionals to join our friendly team as Night Care Assistant at Woodlands Care Home in Oadby, Leicester. We have several vacancies and will interview promptly.

Role involves night duties for 26 residents with a range of health needs. Full training provided, with competitive hourly rates and benefits including DBS, holiday pay and Refer a Friend rewards.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and retiring to bed for the evening.
• Complete routine welfare checks throughout the night to ensure residents are safe and well.
• Support residents to dine and maintain good nutrition and hydration as required.
• Encourage residents to mobilise safely around the home, with mobility aids and equipment.
• Provide friendship and companionship to residents.
• Maintain accurate and timely written records and complete documentation.
• Be part of a multi-disciplinary team and engage with other care professionals as required.
