Qualifications

• Candidates should have a genuine caring nature and be patient, understanding and respectful of residents' individual abilities.
• Previous Care Assistant or Support Worker experience is desirable, but full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and getting ready for bed.
• Conduct routine welfare checks overnight to ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Support residents with dining, nutrition, and hydration as required.
• Encourage safe mobilization with mobility aids and equipment where needed.
• Provide companionship and maintain written records and documentation.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to promote residents' health.
• Greet family members and assist with enquiries.
