Job summary

Bupa is seeking a caring and reliable team member to join our Richmond Villages as a Bank care assistant in Witney. You will work 12-hour shifts of 08:00–20:00 and 20:00–08:00, ensuring residents receive high-quality care and support across clinical, social and emotional needs.

We provide a thorough induction, ongoing training including access to apprenticeships, and a range of wellbeing and benefit programmes. DBS checks are required and funded by Bupa.

Qualifications

• Assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care.
• Provide companionship and personal care to residents.
• Support nursing and care teams by monitoring residents and reporting changes.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care.
• Support residents with a wide range of needs from companionship to personal care.
• Be part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring residents and reporting changes.
• Communicate with residents' families and other healthcare professionals.
