ExtraCare Charitable Trust is seeking a Night Care Assistant for Lovat Fields Retirement Village in Milton Keynes. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive domiciliary care in one location, with 18 hours per week and 9pm–7am shifts, including alternate weekends.

Salary is £14.33 per hour. The position offers benefits, including generous annual leave, pension contributions, life insurance, and discounts via the Blue Light Card.

The role:

We offer a comprehensive domiciliary care service all in one location, eliminating the need for travel between jobs.

• Role: Night Care Assistant

• Hours: 18hours per week

  2 x shifts per week, 9pm-7am including alternate weekends*

• Salary: £14.33 per hour

• Location: Lovat Fields, Japonica Lane, Milton Keynes, MK15 9ED

As a Night Care Assistant, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:

• Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities,
• Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents
• Encourage independence and self-belief
• Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.
