Job summary

All Care Services is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support older adults in their own homes in Goring, within our Extra Care facility. You will help clients regain independence and provide person-centred care with a focus on dignity and comfort.

The role offers AM/PM shifts with alternate weekends, and no driving licence is required for this location. Full training is provided to all applicants, including progression and NVQ qualifications where available.

• Able to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.
• No driving licence required for Extra Care role.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to older adults in their own homes.
• Support independence and daily living activities at the client’s home.
• Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns to the care team.

Job description

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults in Goring, helping them regain independence in their own homes.

Travel Requirements: As this is an Extra Care role, a full driving licence is not a requirement.
