Your role at Signature

We need you to bring your compassion and uniqueness to this role. Your days as a Care Assistant will be varied, interesting, and rewarding, ranging from general care to specialist dementia care. You’ll assist residents with washing, dressing, eating, drinking, and mobility. You’ll help make their apartments feel like home and enjoy activities like bingo, shopping, and live music with them. Building strong relationships with residents and their families is key.

You’ll always respect residents’ choices, dignity, and independence. You will also contribute to developing residents’ Care Plans, ensuring awareness of any specialist support needs.

What Signature Offer

• From £13.10 per hour
• Full-time hours only (36 hours per week)
• Night shift: 20:00 - 08:00
• Flexibility for alternate weekends required
• Up to 30 days annual leave, starting at 25 days plus 8 bank holidays, depending on length of service
