Job summary

Colten Care’s Linden House in Lymington, Hampshire, is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant. We offer 36 or 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends, with paid breaks and a generous hourly rate from £13.09 to £15.41.

No prior experience required; full induction and ongoing training are provided to support your development. Join a family-owned, award-winning care group with real career progression, paid training, uniforms, weekends/night pay enhancements, and opportunities to gain NVQ

Qualifications

• Empathy, compassion and a caring attitude towards residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care to residents and assist with daily living tasks.
• Support nursing staff and follow care plans.
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and report changes promptly.
• Maintain clean, safe and pleasant living environments for residents.
