Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Assistant for our Cheriton care home in Dorchester. No care experience is required as we provide fully funded training and progression paths with a 42-hour night contract and rotating weekends.

Join us to deliver compassionate, person-centred care, support daily living activities, and build meaningful relationships with residents in a welcoming team. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are included.
