Job summary

Colten Care is seeking a Night Care Assistant for Wellington Grange in Chichester, West Sussex. You will join a dedicated team on nights, with 42 hours per week including alternate weekends and paid breaks. Excellent rate of pay and a range of enhancements are on offer.

No prior experience is required; you’ll receive a full induction and ongoing training from day one, with real opportunities for career progression within Colten Care’s Learning and Development framework.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents and assist with daily activities during night shifts.
• Work as part of the nursing team with support available 24 hours a day.
• Maintain observations and report needs to the team.
