Job summary

Colten Care’s Newstone House in Sturminster Newton, Dorset is seeking a Night Care Assistant to support residents overnight with compassion and hands-on care. You’ll work with the nursing team to ensure comfort, safety and dignity throughout night shifts.

No prior care experience is required; you’ll receive a comprehensive induction and ongoing training, with opportunities to develop professionally within Colten Care’s award-winning homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care for residents during night shifts.
