Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Breakdown Advisor for a rolling 4 on 4 off night shift at our Stafford Support Centre. You’ll deliver first‑class service in a fast‑paced 24/7 environment to keep customers on the road.

You’ll work with drivers, suppliers and internal teams to resolve breakdowns within SLA timeframes, while developing knowledge of our Commercial Fleet Services. Onsite training will run in the first weeks and shifts include weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.
• Respond to breakdown calls promptly and manage jobs within SLA.
• Use initiative to resolve issues quickly with minimal disruption.
• Engage with drivers, suppliers and stakeholders to support resolutions.
• Meet and exceed KPIs for accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
• Support Team Leader with priorities and improvements.
• Promote Halfords values and cohesive ways of working.
