Job summary

Halfords in Stafford is seeking a motivated Breakdown Advisor to join the 24/7 Commercial Fleet Services team at our Stafford Support Centre. You will handle commercial breakdowns efficiently, acting as a key ambassador for HCFS and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role is on-site with Saturday and Sunday shifts (08:00–18:00) and pro rata salary guidance for part-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.
• Respond to breakdown calls promptly and manage jobs within SLA timeframes.
• Use initiative and make sound decisions to resolve issues quickly.
• Engage with drivers, suppliers, and stakeholders to support resolutions.
• Meet and exceed KPIs for accuracy, efficiency, and service quality.
• Participate in training and development for personal progression.
• Support Team Leader with priorities and workflow management.
• Promote a positive culture and unified ways of working.
