Job summary

Halfords Group PLC is recruiting a Breakdown Advisor for a 4on 4off night shift at our Stafford Support Centre. You will handle commercial breakdowns in a fast pace 24/7 environment, ensuring calls are resolved within SLA with professional service.

You’ll work with drivers, suppliers and internal teams, hitting KPIs for quality and efficiency while developing sector knowledge and progressing in a supportive culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in a busy breakdown support context.
• Respond to breakdown calls promptly and manage in line with SLA times.
• Use initiative to resolve issues quickly with minimal disruption.
• Engage with drivers, suppliers and stakeholders to facilitate resolutions.
• Meet and exceed KPIs for accuracy, efficiency and service quality.
• Support team priorities and contribute to service improvements.
• Promote Halfords values and a positive working culture.
