Job summary

Novotel London Greenwich, part of the Accor network, seeks a guest-focused Night Auditor/Receptionist to deliver VIP service. You will manage daily reconciliation of hotel outlets, prepare reports, and confirm guest accounts with accuracy.

You will support the Front Office team and ensure smooth handovers between Night Audit and Reception for a seamless guest experience. Flexible rosters including mornings/evenings may apply; the role emphasizes guest satisfaction, safety, and efficient guest

Qualifications

• Guest-focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
• Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming late arrival guests and farewelling early departures.
• Managing daily reconciliation of hotel outlets and completing daily revenue postings.
• Preparing and distributing relevant reports to inter departments.
• Managing and confirming reservation details and accounts for in-house guests details ensuring all details are recorded accurately.
• Collating paperwork for departures and coordinate with the Front Office team.
• Providing supervision and support to the Front Office team and other departments when required.
• Responding to guest enquires and requests in a timely manner.
• Ensuring an effective handover of issues is conveyed at the start and end of each shift between Night Audit and Reception.
• Maximising guest satisfaction as well as the safety and security of the property.
• Attending to guests requests efficiently and effectively in order to ensure total customer satisfaction
