nhow London is seeking a professional Night Auditor to oversee overnight Front Office operations and ensure accurate financial controls. You will supervise check-ins/outs, perform nightly reconciliations, and generate key operational and financial reports for management.

• Deliver exceptional guest service throughout the night shift.
• Conduct guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
• Complete the nightly audit, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately reconciled.
• Prepare and distribute operational and financial reports.
• Manage guest inquiries, requests and complaints with confidence and discretion.
• Maintain secure procedures and ensure guest and colleague safety.
• Support the smooth handover of operations to the daytime Front Office team.
