Manpower UK is recruiting for a temporary 7.5t Driver role based in Northampton (NN4 9DR). You will operate a 7.5-tonne vehicle on planned routes between distribution centres and delivery points, transporting mail and parcels on night shifts with various start times.

Applicants should hold a valid 7.5T licence, Driver CPC and Tachograph Card, with a focus on reliability, professionalism and safe driving. Ongoing work offers steady earnings within a nationwide operation.

Qualifications

• Proven reliability and professionalism.
• Solid route-planning awareness and safe driving habits.
• Valid UK C1 driving licence, Driver CPC and Tachograph card.
• No more than 6 penalty points and no serious driving endorsements.
• 1 year of 7.5t driving experience in logistics or distribution environment.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Professional, reliable and customer-focused approach.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate 7.5t vehicles on planned routes between distribution centres and delivery locations.
• Transport mail and parcels efficiently while meeting delivery schedules.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Load and unload vehicles safely and secure goods.
• Complete delivery paperwork and electronic records accurately.
• Work independently while maintaining communication with the operations team.
• Follow road transport legislation, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
