Job summary

Guided Solutions is supporting an established medical device business expanding its UK commercial team. The NHS Territory Manager role offers a commercially minded sales professional the chance to own a territory and progress within healthcare sales.

You will focus on specialist products for renal and oncology settings, building relationships with NHS stakeholders, identifying opportunities, and developing referral pathways that improve patient care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales role within the medical device, healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
• Experience selling into or working with NHS customers.
• A genuine interest in developing a career within healthcare sales and taking ownership of a commercial territory.
• Confident communicating with healthcare professionals and building relationships at different levels.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and market share across your territory by developing existing NHS accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with nurses, healthcare professionals and other key NHS stakeholders across acute settings.
• Work closely with healthcare professionals to understand patient needs and promote appropriate use of the product portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to introduce the products into new accounts and develop existing customer relationships.
• Take ownership of your territory, planning customer activity and prioritising opportunities to maximise commercial performance.
