Job summary

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Statutory & Mandatory Training Co-ordinator to support a period of change in the Trust's training provision.

The role requires substantial NHS statutory and mandatory training experience, ESR and Oracle Learning Management (OLM) administration. You will maintain training records, implement national learning requirements and support ESR/OLM process improvements from day one.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience of NHS statutory and mandatory training in ESR/OLM.
• Experience administering ESR and Oracle Learning Management (OLM).
• Knowledge of national learning requirements and training compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration and maintenance of statutory and mandatory learning profiles, competencies, learning assignments, events and attendance records.
• Support the Trust's transition to the National Mandatory Skills Framework and related reporting.
• Produce and analyse statutory and mandatory training compliance reports and address data quality issues.
• Provide expert guidance to managers, staff and colleagues on statutory and mandatory training requirements.
• Develop ESR OLM processes to improve service delivery and user experience.
