Qualifikationen

• Maths and English O Level or equivalent.
• Excellent administration acumen and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of stock control procedures, delivery notes, manual handling procedures and lifting equipment.
• Professional and friendly telephone manner.
• Team Player and good communication skills.
• Flexible approach with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Accurate and timely delivery of goods to wards and departments with audit trail.
• Maintain copies of all signatures for signed-for items.
• Report accidents or incidents to the Receipt & Distribution Manager.
• Report faults to equipment, uniform and PPE.
• Ensure deliveries of stock and non-stock items follow Trust guidelines.
• Ensure returns are collected and returned to suppliers in a timely manner.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in service delivery and work with management to identify improvements.
