Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a diligent Receipt and Delivery Assistant to join our procurement team. You will support timely delivery of goods across the Trust, receipting orders on our systems to ensure invoices are paid promptly, and maintaining accurate records for traceability.

Responsabilités

• Support the Receipt & Delivery service to ensure timely deliveries to wards and departments.
• Ensure goods are receipted on Trust systems to enable invoices to be paid without delay.
• Keep and maintain accurate records for goods received, delivered and returned for traceability.
• Plan effective delivery of medical and non-medical consumables to meet customer expectations.
• Provide scheduled and emergency deliveries across the Trust to prevent delays to clinics and procedures.
• Liaise with Receipt & Delivery Supervisor / Procurement Team regarding issues or queries with orders/returns.
