Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a role within the Receipt & Distribution team. You will assist with general housekeeping tasks, process receipts and manage deliveries across the site, using electronic handheld devices to record information accurately.

Responsibilities include timely delivery of goods to end users, ensuring signed delivery records, handling queries, and coordinating with wards, departments and reception.

Responsabilidades

• Transporting multiple loads and accurately recording information using electronic handheld devices.
• Ensure prompt delivery of received goods to end users to a central plan as directed by the Receipt & Distribution Manager.
• Deliver/retrieve items from Wards, Departments, Hospital Reception or other areas as necessary.
• Deal with customer and vendor queries as necessary.

• Establish and maintain a working rapport with Purchasing, Stock Control, Invoice Control and administration colleagues.
