Job summary

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Property Maintenance Operative for a temporary role in the Marsh Baldon/Littlemore area with travel to multiple sites. You will maintain and improve physical buildings, focusing on radiators, removal, draining, cleaning and rehanging, plus general repairs and installations.

The role requires hands-on experience, a Level 3 qualification, and a valid UK driving licence. Standard hours are Mon-Fri 8am-4pm with pay at £15.93 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Level 3 qualification to support skills mentioned above or hands-on experience
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Optimising the quality and condition of Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust properties to ensure buildings are kept in a safe condition.
• Specific focus on radiators, removal, draining, cleaning and rehanging.
• Small building repairs
• Hanging notice boards, shelves and building furniture.
