Job summary
CareTech's Oakleaf Hartwell site in Northampton is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our established facilities team, supporting high standards across nursing homes in the Northamptonshire area. - Previous experience of working in a maintenance role.
- Good knowledge of relevant Health and Safety regulations.
- Good written and verbal skills; basic IT ability.
Responsibilities
- To carry out general maintenance tasks as instructed.
- To carry out internal and external paint and decorating.
- To assist with cleaning or grounds tasks as instructed.
- To assist in operating and maintaining heating and hot water plant.
- To assist in maintaining the outside fabric of the building.
