Job summary

Practice Plus Group in Exeter is seeking an experienced NHS Pathways Operational Trainer to support our 111 Training Team. You will develop Health Advisors and Clinical Advisors, onboard new starters, and build confidence and skills to deliver high-quality patient care.

The role offers full-time hours (37.5 per week), a salary of £31,158.10 per annum, and opportunities for professional development through tailored CPD training and our Learning Management System.

Qualifications

• Experienced NHS Pathways professional.
• Accredited NHS Pathways Trainer or experienced Health Advisor.
• Experience developing others and delivering training.

Responsibilities

• Develop Health Advisors and Clinical Advisors.
• Support new starters and onboarding.
• Ensure colleagues have the skills and confidence to deliver outstanding patient care.
