Job summary

Practice Plus Group in London is recruiting for an NHS 111 Health Advisor to be based on-site at Stockley Park, Uxbridge. You will triage calls, provide non-clinical guidance, and guide customers to appropriate safety actions with NHS Pathways.

Full training is provided, with ongoing support after training completion. You will join a busy 111-contact centre, assisting in urgent situations with empathy, composure, and professional standards, contributing to high-quality patient care and service

In this role, you will be at the forefront of helping people in need, guiding them through critical decisions with care and professionalism. You will triage a variety of calls, provide accurate assessments, and offer non-clinical advice using the NHS Pathways System.

Pay Rates

£12.71 per hour (7am-11pm)

£15.78 per hour (11pm-7am)

Enhanced rateof£16.33per hour when working between Friday 18:00 to Monday 7:00am.

Please note that theweekend rate is a none contractual incentive for working unsociable hours and you will be paid £12.71 during your training.

Training and Development:

We offer extensive, fully paid training to equip you with the skills to become a qualified Health Advisor and learn the advanced NHS 111 triage tool.

Schedule:

• Monday 21st September (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm for 4 weeks)
• Saturday 17th October(Tuesday- Thursday 6pm - 9:30pm and Saturday-Sunday 9am - 5pm for 5weeks)
• Monday 19th October (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm for 4 weeks)
• It is essential that you can commit to the training every day
• You will be required to complete assessments and call audits throughout the training process. Successfully passing these is necessary to remain in the role. If you fail to pass after your second attempt, you will no longer be able to continue with the position.
• After training, you will receive an additional 8 weeks of support to ensure you’re ready to be signed off as a fully accredited Pathways Health Advisor.
