Job Description:

Are you experienced in partnering with the NHS and passionate about improving healthcare access? Our client is looking for an experienced NHS Partnerships Lead to help build and expand their innovative digital health solution across the UK.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for building relationships with NHS stakeholders, identifying commissioning opportunities, and driving adoption within the public health system. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and maintaining relationships with NHS bodies, including ICBs and NHS England.
  2. Identifying and securing NHS partnerships and commissioning opportunities.
  3. Leading tender applications and managing engagement with key decision-makers.
  4. Monitoring healthcare policy and regulatory changes to support strategic growth.
  5. Building a team as the company hits strategic targets.

Key Requirements:

  1. Experience partnering with the NHS and a strong understanding of its structure and commissioning processes.
  2. Clinical background or experience in healthcare policy, research, or public health is highly desirable.
  3. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
  4. A proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced setting.
