Job summary

Rydon is seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our NHS-focused South East team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance within healthcare facilities. You will work across plumbing, light electrical, carpentry and general repairs, following PPM schedules, with an on-call rota to boost earnings.

Normal hours are 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package including a company van with fuel card.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, ideally NHS or contractor to NHS.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe systems of work.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily maintenance tasks as part of PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Perform plumbing, light electrical, carpentry and general wear and tear repairs.
• Engage in on-call rota to support urgent repairs.
