Job summary

Rydon Group Holdings Ltd is recruiting an experienced Building Maintenance Electrician for our South East NHS maintenance and repair team. You will service ambulance stations, make-ready centres and emergency response outposts across Sussex and Surrey, performing reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations and 18th edition, with on-call duties and overtime.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations required.
• 18th edition qualification required.
• Experience in NHS or healthcare environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Reactive maintenance and repairs to power and lighting faults.
• Planned preventative maintenance including emergency lighting and fire alarm testing.
• Respond to breakdowns, fault-find and complete minor installations.
• Support general building fabric repairs and participate in on-call rota with standby allowance.
