Job summary

Rydon is recruiting for an Administrator to join our maintenance and repairs team at Queen Mary’s Hospital in Sidcup. The role focuses on scheduling repairs, liaising between operatives, the contact centre and NHS clients, and maintaining WIP with timely updates.

Based in the office with potential up to one day per week from home after induction. A full-time permanent role offering a strong benefits package and progression opportunities within the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in a contact centre or administration for repairs/maintenance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse repairs from inception to completion to meet contract timescales.
• Plan, monitor and review the DRS diary activities for operatives and sub-contractors.
• Order materials, raise Purchase Orders and approve jobs for invoicing.
• Update databases, spreadsheets and management systems with cost information and timesheets.
• Compile reports on subcontractor spends, engineer workloads, mileage and invoicing.
• Monitor the helpdesk and handle calls and emails professionally.
• Perform general administrative duties.
