Job summary

Sirona care & health CIC is seeking an experienced Main Area Manager to join the NHS community nursing leadership team in the South Gloucestershire Locality. The role focuses on leading Integrated Network Teams (INTs) to plan, deliver and continuously improve out‑of‑hospital care across homes, care homes and clinics.

Qualifications

• Professional nursing qualification and current NMC registration.
• Postgraduate management/leadership training or willingness to undertake.
• Operational management experience across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Ability to lead through change and participate in service reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead Integrated Network Teams (INTs) and senior clinicians in planning and delivery of services.
• Support growth and development of teams and staff within INTs.
• Drive performance improvement and service objectives in line with BNSSG contracts.
• Collaborate with partners to support out-of-hospital care and discharge planning.
