Qualifications

• Current NMC or HCPC Registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical leadership across the locality.
• Support and develop nursing staff through supervision and mentorship.
• Lead review and enhancement of clinical supervision structures.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and service transformation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues for integrated patient care.
• Support recruitment, retention and workforce development initiatives.
