Job summary

Sirona care & health in England’s BNSSG area is seeking an experienced Locality Operational Lead for the MSK Interface Service. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage an orthopedic interface caseload, and drive governance and safety through NHS-aligned processes.

You will contribute to scheduling, capacity modelling, and incident investigations, while supporting service delivery in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire with opportunities for professional growth within the NHS

Qualifications

• Significant MSK experience and expertise in an integrated interface service.
• Demonstrated leadership and operational management in NHS settings.
• Experience managing clinical caseloads within orthopaedic/ RTT pathways.
• Strong governance focus including patient safety and incident management.
• Ability to engage in CQC compliance exercises and audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage orthopaedic/RTT interface clinical caseload with clinical reasoning.
• Line-manage B8a/B7 clinicians within MSKI and first contact physiotherapy.
• Oversee scheduling, capacity planning and demand modelling.
• Handle complaints and patient safety incidents and investigations.
• Support governance activities and adherence to service protocols.
• Investigate adverse events following the patient safety framework.
• Engage in CQC compliance modules and related service delivery.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement and patient experience.
