Job summary

Rydon Maintenance is seeking an experienced Hard FM Service Manager to lead a small team of in-house maintenance engineers on an NHS site in Bristol. You will ensure reactive calls and PPMs are addressed promptly, and that all hard FM services are delivered to contract standards while supervising subcontracted works when necessary.

You will report to the contract manager and drive ongoing improvements to the contract strategy to maximise quality, productivity, and cost efficiency, while

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management on healthcare or similar environments.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small in-house maintenance engineers team on a live NHS site.
• Manage reactive calls and PPMs to meet SLA/KPI targets.
• Oversee delivery of hard FM services and manage subcontracted works when needed.
