Job summary

Brio Digital is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to drive Agile transformation within an NHS programme. You will lead cross-functional teams, remove blockers, and align stakeholders to deliver in a regulated healthcare environment.

The role focuses on end-to-end delivery, governance, risk management and continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on NHS standards, public sector delivery frameworks, and effective reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager in Agile environments.
• Strong background working with the NHS or wider healthcare sector.
• Demonstrable experience delivering digital or transformation programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines in complex environments.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across one or more Agile teams within an NHS programme.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and showcases.
• Act as the primary point of coordination between technical teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Identify and remove blockers to ensure smooth and consistent delivery.
• Track progress against milestones, managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement in Agile processes and team performance.
• Support effective stakeholder communication, including reporting and governance.
• Ensure delivery aligns with NHS standards, compliance, and governance frameworks.
