Job summary

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Contracts and Administration Officer to join the Contracts Team in the All Age Continuing Care, Complex Care Division on a short-term basis. The role requires attention to detail, organisational excellence and the ability to manage high-volume information.

You will support Contract Managers with administration, variations, notices and contract management.

Qualifications

• Experience of NHS contracting, commissioning or a comparable public-sector environment.
• High level of organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and updating NHS contracts, variations, notices and supporting documents.
• Checking documentation for accuracy, completeness and compliance with approved requirements.
• Maintaining contract records in contract management system, clinical systems, registers and trackers.
• Liaising with providers to obtain missing information and follow up outstanding actions.
• Responding professionally to routine provider queries and escalating complex matters.
• Supporting contractual reporting, provider submissions, quality indicators and annual uplift exercises.
• Maintaining the Contracts Register and monitoring actions and deadlines.
• Managing shared mailboxes and preparing correspondence, reports, spreadsheets and meeting documentation.
• Coordinating meetings, recording clear minutes and following up agreed actions.
• Working independently, managing competing priorities and contributing to service improvements.
