Job summary

Unicorn Resourcing Ltd. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Midlands and East of England. You will manage direct and NHS accounts, develop targeted strategies, and secure new business in a hands-on, strategic role.

The position offers a base salary of £45,000–£50,000 plus commission, a company car and benefits, and a hybrid working arrangement with a growing healthcare manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in B2B and/or healthcare sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving ability and commercial awareness.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Experience with CRM systems; Sicon CRM advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow direct and NHS customer accounts
• Develop and implement targeted sales strategies with marketing colleagues
• Identify and approach new opportunities and prospective customers
• Deliver presentations, product training and in-person demonstrations
• Assess and evaluate customer equipment needs to provide tailored solutions
• Analyse data and produce clear, actionable reports
• Promote and maintain a strong, positive brand image
