Job summary

East of England Community Health and Care NHS Trust (Cambridgeshire) seeks an Administrator to join Norfolk & Waveney Children & Young People’s Health Services. The role primarily supports the 0-19 Healthy Child Service, with base to be decided.

You will provide comprehensive administrative support, diary management, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have GCSE English/Maths at C or above and NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, plus NHS/admin experience

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths Grade C+ or equivalent qualification.
• NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience.
• Experience in administrative role and understanding of safeguarding.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the leadership team including diary management, meetings, and preparing materials.
• Administer meetings with agendas, papers and minutes.
• Assist HR administration: annual leave records and mandatory training tracking.
• Use electronic systems such as ESR, Health Roster, Loop, Datix, Oracle and S1 records.
• Manage phone calls, communications and general admin tasks.
