Job summary

Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an administrator to support the Healthy Child Programme (HCP) team for 0-5 years in East Grinstead and Burgess Hill. The role is based at East Grinstead Health Centre and requires strong organisational and clerical skills with a focus on confidentiality.

You'll work with the Team Lead and clinical staff, manage data using SystmOne and Microsoft Office, handle waiting lists, appointments, and venues, and contribute to a positive, flexible service

Qualifications

• Experience with databases such as SystmOne.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and word processing.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Maintenance of strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the Team Lead, clinical staff and other Administrators.
• Manage waiting lists and book appointments.
• Book venues and maintain stock control of resources.
• Create and maintain databases and spreadsheets.
