Job summary

East of England Community Health and Care NHS Trust (Cambridgeshire) in Cambridge seeks a 0-19 Healthy Child Programme Administrator. Training is provided, with Wednesday–Friday office hours at The Peacock Centre or The Oak Tree Centre.

Qualifications

• NVQ in Administration or equivalent; Maths/English GCSEs.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word/Outlook/Excel).
• Call handling in a busy office environment.
• Knowledge of SystmOne.
• Experience in children's services or NHS environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Cambridgeshire 0-19 Healthy Child Programme team.
• Manage letters, health records updates, tasks and appointment bookings.
• Answer SPA telephone calls and route tasks to appropriate teams.
• Monitor and order stock; book interpreters as required.
• Attend daily planning meetings; occasional minute taking.
