Job summary

DHU Healthcare is seeking an NHS 111 Clinical Advisor to join our compassionate, on-site team. You will assess callers over the phone using NHS Pathways, offering safe, evidence-based guidance and directing them to the right next steps.

Training is provided, and we welcome Registered Adult Nurses, Paramedics or Pharmacists with post‑registration experience. Strong clinical judgement, IT confidence and clear communication are essential for success.

Competitive salary:

• Training and daytime shifts: £19.63 per hour
• Evenings and night shifts: £25.51 per hour
• Weekend shifts: £28.46 per hour

Working Patterns: Full & Part Time positions available, site based (no remote opportunities available)

As a 111 Clinical Advisor you will:

As a 111 Clinical Advisor, you’ll support patients over the phone, using the NHS Pathways system to assess symptoms and guide them to the right care. As their first clinical contact, you’ll take them to next best step, while offering reassurance and evidence‑based advice.

If you’re a Registered Adult Nurse, Paramedic or Pharmacist with post‑registration experience, we can give you full training. Strong clinical judgement, IT confidence, and clear communication skills are also essential
