Job summary

TESTQ Technologies LTD. is seeking an experienced IAM Architect to own the technical solution architecture for the IAM workstream in Sheffield. You will define and govern HLDs and LLDs, and lead architecture reviews and technology selections.

You will mentor engineering teams, ensure alignment with security standards, drive Zero Trust adoption, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver production-ready, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong technical leadership and solution architecture experience.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Experience with Authentication, Authorization and Identity Lifecycle Management.
• Understanding of Zero Trust Architecture principles.
• Experience with DevSecOps and SSDLC practices.
• Experience working in regulated Financial Services environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical solution architecture for the assigned IAM workstream.
• Define maintain and govern HighLevel Designs HLDs and LowLevel Designs LLDs.
• Lead technical decisionmaking, architecture reviews and technology selection activities.
• Coordinate technical activities across internal teams and thirdparty suppliers.
• Define and validate nonfunctional requirements including availability, resilience, performance, scalability, observability and security.
• Promote engineering excellence, DevSecOps practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, Security Operations and business stakeholders.
