Job summary

Test Triangle Limited in Coventry, UK is seeking a Senior IDAM Architect to lead end-to-end identity architecture across IGA, AD/Entra ID, RBAC/ABAC, CA, PKI and CIEM. You will own the design, governance and implementation in line with Zero Trust principles.

You will act as single technical authority for identity decisions, drive discovery, design and rollout, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions across on‑prem and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Identity & Access Management architecture.
• IGA experience including SailPoint/Saviynt and RBAC/ABAC.
• Experience with Conditional Access, MFA and Zero Trust patterns.
• PKI and Certificate Lifecycle management for cloud and on‑prem.
• CIEM and machine identity management across environments.
• Ability to lead multi‑vendor IAM delivery and governance.
• Strong architectural documentation and oversight of large transformations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single technical authority for the Identity Pillar across Lot 1.
• Lead governance and architecture strategy for IGA, AD/Entra ID, RBAC/ABAC and CA.
• Oversee Initiate, Discovery, Design and Implementation phases.
• Define integration and workflow patterns with ServiceNow, SIEM and PAM/PIM.
• Produce high/low/medium identity designs and architecture packs.
• Guide identity engineers through sequencing, onboarding and issue resolution.
• Ensure Zero Trust Identity requirements and regulatory compliance are met.
• Provide stakeholder communication and design walkthroughs.
