Technopride Ltd in Sheffield is seeking a Technical Lead (IAM) to own the technical solution and architecture for the IAM workstream, and to drive design decisions in a rapidly changing security environment.

You will define HLDs and LLDs, mentor engineers, review designs, coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, and ensure delivery of production-ready, secure solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical solution and architecture for the IAM workstream.
• Define and maintain High Level Designs (HLDs) and Low Level Designs (LLDs).
• Lead technical decision making and technology selection.
• Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture, Security and Regulatory standards.
• Drive adoption of Zero Trust and Identity-first design principles.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams.
• Review solution designs, code and infrastructure changes.
• Manage technical risks, assumptions and dependencies.
• Coordinate integration activities across internal teams and third-party suppliers.
• Support planning, estimation and technical delivery.
• Availability - Resilience - Performance - Scalability - Observability - Security - Ensure solutions are production-ready and operationally supportable.
• Support architecture governance, design authorities and technical steering groups.
• Champion engineering best practices, DevSecOps and continuous improvement.
