Qualifications

• Graduates and early-career builders are welcome; previous BDR, sales or commercial experience helpful but not essential.
• Demonstrate drive, ownership, resilience or achievement through professional, academic, entrepreneurial, sporting, community or personal experiences.
• Genuine interest in building a long-term commercial career and motivation to progress beyond the BDR role over time.
• Comfort with high-volume outreach, repetition, rejection and consistent follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Master the payments craft and speak credibly with prospective merchants.
• Research strategic accounts to identify high-value opportunities.
• Create relevant conversations across phone, email, LinkedIn to open doors with decision-makers.
• Drive growth momentum with a consistent prospecting and pipeline rhythm.
• Run advanced discovery to understand merchant challenges and outcomes.
• Partner with Sales to progress opportunities through to go-live.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align around merchant needs.
