We are seeking an enthusiastic newly qualified Speech and Language Therapist to join our expanding team. You will complete a preceptorship year under supervision before working more independently once competencies are signed off. As a registered practitioner, you will implement a holistic, therapeutic, and dynamic approach to helping our pupils, with supervision and responsibility for your professional practice and CPD. Your duties will include assessing and treating individuals, delivering activities in individual and group settings, conducting screenings and assessments, and providing training to staff and other agencies.
You will work within our supportive multidisciplinary team, including Psychology, Occupational Therapy, and therapy assistants, to create an environment where pupils can thrive and develop.
